Baby Spinach
Strawberries (halved)
Pecans (crushed or halved)
optional: crumbled feta cheese
Dressing:
1/3 cup raspberry vinegar
1/2 cups olive oil
3 tablespoons pure maple syrup or honey
3 teaspoons lemon juice (optional)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 tbsp onion
1/4 teaspoon ground dry mustard
1 tbsp poppy seeds
1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds (add after blended)
optional seasonings:
dash of cinnamon or paprika
(makes enough dressing for several salads)
Make dressing in blender
Combine and enjoy!
