No Bake Coconut Macaroons (Paleo): Submitted by: Kat | Date Added: 3 May 2010 Ingredients:

3 cups shredded unsweetened coconut
1 1/2 cups Almond Flour
1/4 c Coconut Oil
1/2 c Pure Maple Syrup
1/2 c Agave Nectar or Honey
2 Tbsp Vanilla or 1 vanilla bean
1/2 tsp sea salt (None if Paleo)

Cooking Instructions:

blend all ingredients until fully incorporated

Roll into balls

Dehydrate 1 hour or

Heat oven to it's lowest setting and bake for 1 hour then let dry out overnight.
