2 eggs
2 Tbsp coconut milk
1/2 cup canned pumpkin (Or applesauce if you're not a pumpkin fan)
1/2 cup almond flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp nutmeg
2 tablespoons Agave Nectar OR blend 4 dried dates with flour in a food processor
1 tbsp flaxseed oil for greasing the pan
For fluffier cakes you can use 2tsps baking soda, but due to the salt properties of it and the fact that it's not natural, it's not so paleo.
Mix and ingredients together and heat a skillet greased with flaxseed oil on high.
Makes 2-4 pancakes depending on what size you'd like. 4 if they're about 6 in diameter.
cook until golden brown.
