7 pitted dates
3/4 Almond Flour
1/4 cup Coconut Flour
1/2 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
1 teaspoon coconut oil
2 tablespoons coconut Milk
1 Egg
1/2 cup raisins
How to prepare:
Put nuts, dates, and coconut in the food processor with the S blade on it. Pulse dates are broken down and it resembles loose crumbs.
Pour into mixing bowl and add in egg, oil, milk, and raisins. Use your hands to mix together.
Form into patties like you would burger meat and place them onto a baking sheet.
Bake at 350 for about 22 minutes.
