1 Apple
2 Scoops Top Form Protein Mix
16 oz water
4g Fish oil Pills

Cooking Instructions:

You can either add the water or the protein first, then shake to desired mix. I prefer no clumps

Thow all the fish oil pills into mouth and wash down with protein shake.

Consume apple, chew to desired consistency.
