1 large head cauliflower cut into florets
1/2 cup Cream cheese (with chive and onion is good)
1/2 tsp Dill
1 tsp garlic
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese.
Cook cauliflower in boiling water or steam for 10 minutes or until tender. Drain. Place in blender or food processor. Add cream cheese, garlic and dill and blend until smooth. Top with shredded cheese.
Optional (broil until the cheese is crispy)
