24 green chiles or 2 big can of whole chiles
2 tbsp olive oil
2 lbs of pork loin cubed
2 large onions chopped
3 cloves of garlic minced
3 cans of stewed tomatoes
1 6oz can of tomato paste
2 cups of water
Get large stew pan and put 2 tbsp of olive oil in bottom. Dump all pork into it and lightly brown, once browned and onions and garlic and brown more. Cut chiles into 1 inch cubes and throw in pot and the rest of the ingredients in as well. Let stew simmer for a hour or until it becomes thicker.
