0.3 C - Coco Powder
7.2 C - Old Fashion Oatmeal

2 P - Eggs (2)
2 C - No Sugar Added Apple Sauce
10 F - Peanut butter (just peanut & salt as ingredients)
1 tsp - Vanilla Extract
1/2 tsp - Baking Powder
1/2 tsp - Baking Soda
1. Put peanut butter in the microwave safe dish and cook it in the microwave oven for 30 seconds until the peanuts butter is soft and easy to be mixed with other ingredients.
2. Mix the soft peanut butter and apple sauce in a bowl.
3. Add eggs and vanilla extract into the mixture of step 2 and mix well.
4. In other bowl, mix coco powder, oatmeal, protein powder, baking soda, and baking powder.
5. Add the mixture in step 3 into the dry ingredients mixed in step 4.
6. Divide the mixture into 10 portions and place them into the muffin tins. (If you want, you can spray olive oil cooking spray to make easy to take a muffin out after baking.)
7. Bake the muffin in 450F for 9 or 10 mins. Try pushing a toothpick into a muffin. If it comes out dry, it's done!
