1 c. extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/3 c. lime juice (you get more juice out of the lime if you push down on it while rolling it on the counter first)
1/2 tbsp. honey; dash of cayenne pepper
salt to taste

Combine and chill
