1/2 c. apple puree
1 tbsp. Dijon or spicy mustard (check for added sugar)
4 tbsp. grape seed oil
balsamic vinegar (to taste)
1 tbps. red wine vinegar
3 tbsp. kosher salt & 3 tbsp. pepper
Combine and chill
