Ingredients

Sweet & Spicy Cajun Meatballs

Ingredients:
[Meatballs]
1 lbs of Lean ground turkey
1/4 cup chopped sweet onion
1 egg, lightly beaten
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 TBS Honey
1 TBS spicy mustard
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp Cajun seasoning

[Sauce]:
Balsamic vinegar
1 tsp of creamed honey

Cooking Instructions

1. Mix all ingredients very well in a bowl.
2. Form the mixture (Step1) by hand into meatballs. (Wetting hands prevents sticking meatballs to hands.)
3. Heat up a non-stick fry pan. (Medium heat). Drop the meatballs in the fry pan.
4. Cook the meatballs till all brown.
5. Bring down the heat to low. Let all liquid dry.
6. Pour balsamic over the meatballs in a circle. Add a teaspoon of creamed honey to the fry pan. The creamed honey should melt in the pan.
7. Mix meatballs and sauce well so the sauce coats the meatballs evenly.
(If you want to make sauce sweeter, put more honey.)
