- 2 chopped celery stalks
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar (can substitute with lemon juice)
- Salt
- Pepper
2-4 oz shredded chicken (can substitute tofu)
1. Combine apples, celery and chicken. Set aside.
2. To prepare dressing, mix together remaining ingredients.
3. Add to apple mixture and combine thoroughly.
