3 tbsp butter
2 1/4 cups Almond Flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsps baking powder
1 1/8 cup egg whites (or 8 egg whites)
Preheat oven to 400
stir dry ingredients together
melt butter and mix it into the dry ingredients
put entire mixture in fridge for 10 - 15 minutes
whip up egg whites till slightly foamy
stir in egg whites (batter should be a bit chunky, but break up big chunks)
*important*
these stick, so use cupcake liners when putting them into the muffin pan.
spoon into liners until they are almost full.
bake for 12 minutes
